CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
This project is presented to know about the snake. Snakes are elongate, legless, carnivorous reptiles of the suborder suborder Ophidia that can be distinguished from legless lounge lizards by their neglect of eyelids and external ears. SNAKE
Living snakes are found on every continent except Antarctica and on most islands. cardinal families are currently recognized, comprising 456 genera and over 2,900 species.
